At COBLENS, shipping and returns of our goods are completely free for you!
All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Koblenz via DHL. Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
The delivery time depends on your location:
- Germany: 1-3 working days
- Austria: 2-5 working days
The following applies to returns: The item must be unworn and in its original, undamaged condition. All items must be returned, including glasses, case and cleaning cloth. Accessories must also be in their original, undamaged packaging. A valid invoice number must be included with the return. This rule only applies to items purchased from coblens.com. How can I return my order?
Please fill out the return slip and use the free return label included with your order to return your COBLENS product.
If you did not receive a return label with your order, contact us at shop@coblens.com and we will send you one.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been inspected, we will refund the purchase price using the same method you paid for it. Processing your return may take up to two weeks after receipt. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
Wann erhalte ich meine Rückerstattung?
Sobald deine Rücksendung geprüft wurde, erstatten wir dir den Kaufpreis auf die gleiche Weise zurück, wie du ihn bezahlt hast. Die Bearbeitung deiner Rücksendung kann bis zu zwei Wochen nach Eingang dauern. Du erhältst eine E-Mail Benachrichtigung, sobald deine Rückerstattung bearbeitet wurde.
